Terms of service

Last updated November 2026.

1. The service

AbliterateMe provides hosted model inference over HTTP. A trial account is granted for fourteen days and expires automatically; no card is collected.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

- resell, benchmark publicly, or reverse-engineer the serving stack;
- drive automated or unusual request patterns without notice;
- use the service in a way that interferes with its operation;
- share your API key beyond your own tooling.

3. Rate limits and suspension

We may apply rate limits, queueing or reduced throughput at any time, particularly on trial plans. We may suspend or terminate an account that shows unusual or automated request patterns, exceeds trial limits, accesses the service from an unsupported region, or otherwise interferes with service operation. Suspension does not require prior notice and no refund is due on a trial plan.

4. Your content

Prompts and completions pass through our servers. We keep aggregate usage metrics to operate the service and may retain transcripts briefly for debugging and abuse prevention.

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. Region availability may change without notice. Context windows may change as the serving stack changes; we will not shrink a window without saying so on status.
